vscode: window not responding error new

this is the issue that I am receiving for the past few days, I have used nodejs and i do not have any Python or other software installed

I have deleted all the extensions and deleted cache

Can you us the task manager, deatils view and make sure all VS Code processes are terminated?
Then run code . --prof-startup See https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/wiki/Performance-Issues#visual-studio-code-starts-up-slowly for more instructions

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.77.1. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.
