vscode: VSCode 1.40 crash after startup with segmentation fault

After upgrading the VSCode Snap package to 1.40, the app crashes immediately after startup with an segmentation fault. If I revert the snap to 1.39.2, it is working fine.

• VSCode Version: 1.40 Snap version 86405ea2 2019-11-07
• OS Version: Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon Kernel 4.15.0-66-generic

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start VSCode
2. Wait about 4 second (with/without user interaction)

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
