vscode: Extensions loads infinitely
Extensions loads infinitely and VSCode logs Error received from starting extension host.
- VSCode Version: 1.23.1
- OS Version: WSL (Arch Linux installed with LxRunOffline) with VcXsrv on Windows 10 Pro Build 17672
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open VSCode with
--verbose; - Click on the Extensions icon.
Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Same issue - happens on code-insiders and code. Windows 10 Build 17677. Logs look exactly as above - everything works except the extension marketplace window. Even tried deploying a new distro (use Ubuntu, tried arch) but exact same symptoms.
