I wish I could help, but as soon as it opens, it crashes (freezes). I removed it (1.36.0) and reinstalled 1.35.1-1560350270, which work like a charm.

PlatformIO development environment :

[env:genericSTM32F103CB] platform = ststm32 board = genericSTM32F103CB framework = arduino board_build.core = maple upload_protocol = dfu upload_port = /dev/ttyACM0 monitor_speed = 115200
