PowerToys: PowerToys Run does nothing?

Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18362.900
PowerToys version: 0.18.2
PowerToy module: PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

I just installed PowerToys and I tried to use Alt + Space, and it didn’t work. I also tried changing the shortcut and it still didn’t work. I am using a keyboard plugged into my laptop but I also tried using the keyboard built into the laptop and it still didn’t work.

Expected behavior

I am on my desktop and I am expecting the search bar to come up when I use the shortcut keys.

Actual behavior

When I press the shortcut keys nothing comes up.

Can also confirm myself that PowerLauncher is running, but Alt+Space only opens it once. Once i esc out of it, alt+space just opens the context menu for a program as if you were just pressing Alt. I have to disable and re-enable for it to work once more, but then it stops working again.

I’ve only installed PowerTools today and Run isn’t working
