Steps to reproduce

1. Run Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 19044.3693.
2. Update PowerToys to v0.76.0 or v0.76.1.

✔️ Expected Behavior

No error popups.

❌ Actual Behavior

I periodically (once an hour or so) receive between 3-4 popup windows in a row. The nature of the error appears to affect the rendering of the window. See:
