PowerToys: [FancyZones] Reset layout after error "No active monitor found"

Hi,

With 0.60.1, now what happens is FancyZone doesn’t get deactivated anymore, which is good, BUT, It goes back to the basic setting of 3 colums instead of my custom 5 zones. PowerToysReport_2022-07-18-13-56-03.zip

Oh, it’s great that the change has improved the product. But… it still happened again, so I’m unsure of the closing. But again, this is not equal to my original issue.

I understand your concerns about closing this issue. Don’t worry, layout reset issue won’t be lost or forgotten. There are multiple reasons for layout resetting and we fixed one described in this issue, that’s why it’s safe to close it. But others are still present, so you can still experience the reset.

What version will your change be in, in the official product?

It will be in the next release, v0.71.
