Steps to reproduce

Unity 2020.2.0a13.1691

Drag Unity window to a fancy zone, sometimes it’ll work, sometimes not.

Expected behavior

This should always work just as Windows snapping does.

Actual behavior

Program window is corrupted, impossible to recover, program has to be restarted.
