azuredatastudio: Database connection toolbar missing for sql scripts

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open a SQL script
- Try to connect to a database using the toolbar

I’ll leave this here, maybe it will help somebody. The only way to fix this for me was to delete the folder
~/Library/Application Support/azuredatastudioFYI, I finally just did a full uninstall and re-install and everything is working fine in version 1.31. Sorry you have one less test subject now. Thanks for your help!!!
