azure-pipelines-agent: DownloadPipelineArtifact fails on Agent 2.169.0
Hello, as discussed in depth here there seems to be a compatability issue: The 2.169.0 agent on Windows Server 2016 (Agent.OSVersion = 10.0.14393) is failing to download artifacts after 20min of “mucking about”.
It would seem the artifact is downloaded but either the task or the agent is unaware and keeps trying to download even going aboce 100% download progress!
The issue occurs whether running Classic Release Pipelines or YAML Deployment Jobs.

@cawoodm Can I also ask you to add VSTS_AGENT_HTTPTRACE and VSTSAGENT_TRACE variables with true value to the pipeline and share Agent, Worker and Task logs after that. This should show some more information regarding agent’s requests. You can attach this logs as a files, since they are rather long.
