ConEmu: Kitty can't open connection when used via ConEmu

Problem description

Kitty is unable to connect to the host when run via ConEmu:

gethostbyname: unknown error

They’re OK when run separately.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download http://kitty.9bis.net/.
2. Open ConEmu (either normally or as admin).
3. Launch Kitty.
4. Try to connect to any host via SSH.

Actual results

KiTTY Error
---------------------------
Unable to open connection to
example.con
gethostbyname: unknown error

Expected results

Connection made.
