MassTransit: Many "Can't create session when the connection is closing" exceptions

I’m using MT 7.0.0 with Azure Service Bus. I often get the following seemingly out of the blue:

System.InvalidOperationException: Can't create session when the connection is closing.

(wrapped in several layers of AggregateException)

Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Unfortunately I don’t have a repro; this usually happens a few times a week, but now it’s happened almost 20 times in the last couple of hours (in two different environments with different Azure Service Bus instances).
