manageiq: Qemu - 503 Service Unavailable

There are no errors in the appliance console and all services are running. But I can’t still connect to manageIQ UI. I always get 503 - Service unavailable. I’m using latest Morphy version of QEMU image.

Any idea what the issue is?

Screenshot of the Overview page of appliance console shows that there are no error.

I did see one error in the log.
