longhorn: Upgrade app in Rancher UI - not able to hit management site

I upgraded the longhorn app to 0.5.0 from the rancher catalog in the UI and now the UI doesn’t come up.

I’m using the proxy ingress and it seems to just sit there when I try to hit it index.css and index.js throw a 503 (eventually) - the request sits pending for quite some time.

A fresh deploy to a different cluster works just fine.
