livebook: win10 install fails and getting a security warning

- installed from https://livebook.dev/#features
- Livebook version (use
git rev-parse HEADif running with mix):
install was flagged as virus moved to quarantine
Expected behavior
no security flags on install on win10
what’s more
and more problems
Can’t open the app
just doesn’t work
it appears install totally failed though I Have not done a full diag
and getting in touch with you guys

I’ll have new Windows installer builds ready to test in a day or two, please stay tuned!
We are working on new builds/apps for Windows and macOS that solves many of the problems we faced so far. It is a large task but once it lands, we would appreciate help with testing and tackling the remaining issues. ❤️
