SDL: wayland window decorations occluded by GNOME top bar after exiting fullscreen

It looks like the SDL window doesn’t get repositioned after exiting fullscreen on GNOME 40. As a result, the libdecor window decorations are drawn underneath the GNOME top bar, making them inaccessible.

Reproduced on: cfcdfb7be9f5c97a51ddef9ad3677a604856266b

Steps to reproduce:

Run SDL_VIDEODRIVER=wayland ./testgl2 --fullscreen --resizable
Press Ctrl+Enter to toggle fullscreen

If either vendor comes up with a way for us to control the window position better this can be reopened.
