kyverno: [Bug] The `config/release` dir is gone

In https://github.com/fluxcd/flux2-multi-tenancy we’ve been using the config/release path to deploy Kyveron with Flux. This repo is being used by lots of users (hundreds or more) to setup and upgrade Kyverno. Starting with 1.8.0 that directory is gone which breaks the upgrade https://github.com/fluxcd/flux2-multi-tenancy/pull/85
