cluster-api: ClusterClass: make MachineDeployment.spec.template.spec.nodeDrainTimeOut patchable
User Story
As a [developer/user/operator] I would like to patch MachineDeployment for configuring nodeDrainTimeOut for workers.
Right now, patching MachineDeploymentClass allows us to patch InfraMachineTemplate and KubeadmConifgTemplate. But nodeDrainTimeOut is defined in MachineTemplate of MachineDeployment, so requesting patching it.

Should we do the same for NodeDeletionTimeout? I think it would be good to have it for both. (imho we can make it a good first issue)
