What happened:

After upgrade helm chart from 3.12.0 to 3.22.0 I get this error message.

OK, I solved myself this issue adding the follow configuration in my values.yaml helm chart file. I pickup the configuration from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/controller-v0.43.0/deploy/static/provider/aws/deploy-tls-termination.yaml

@esteban1983cl Please re-open this issue. I’m glad you found a workaround, but that should not be required, so this is still a bug.
