inferno: inferno-component 1.4.0 is not packaged properly

Observed Behaviour

inferno-component doesn’t set itself as Inferno.Component, you can check it looking at the package source here https://unpkg.com/inferno-component@1.4.0/dist/inferno-component.js

Expected Current Behaviour

inferno-component should set itself as Inferno.Component as it used to be
