tide: Prompt directory path does not update after cd

The prompt directory path does not update after cd See below

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

After running cd repos, next line will print ~/repos > at prompt

Environment (please complete the following information)

• Operating System: macOS 11.2.1
• Output of tide bug-report:

fish, version 3.1.2
tide, version 4.1.1
xterm-256color
