xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland: CMake Error when trying to install

I’m able to follow the installation instructions up to the cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_LIBEXECDIR=/usr/lib -B build but when i run the last command cmake --install /usr I get error:

CMake Error: Not a file: /usr/cmake_install.cmake
CMake Error: Error processing file: /usr/cmake_install.cmake
