VSCodeBeautify: command 'HookyQR.beautifyFile' not found

  • Operating System (+Version): Ubuntu 16.04
  • VS Code Version: 1.8.1
  • beautify Version: 0.7.1

Provide the settings you use: (VS Code workspace and user settings, .jsbeautifyrc, .editorconfig)

no custom setting. just fresh installed vscode.

Hi. I tried to use Beautify file by hitting

F1 -> Beautify file

but the error of the title happened. I read the README and notice that .jsbeautifyrc is not must. What did I miss?

Hi, i solved it, i have Visual Studio Code 1.43.0 and beautify 1.5, then i installed a previously version, beautify 1.4.11 and it’s work now

To install a previously version, click manage icon (gear icon) > install another version > select the desire version

Yes, working this previous version. but still not working latest version (1.5) for me.
