core: Z-Wave JS can't connect to host after update to core 2022.6.6 and OS 8.2

The problem

Z-Wave JS can’t connect to host after update to core 2022.6.6 and OS 8.2. When I try to set up again I get the message: Cannot connect to host a0d7b954-zwavejs2mqtt:3000 ssl:default [Connect call failed (‘172.30.33.2’, 3000)]

Everything worked fine before the updates.
