core: Z-Wave Everspring ST814 no longer updates temperature or humidity

The problem

Using Z-Wave JS 0.1.34

The ST814 no longer reports temperature or humidity settings although it is reporting a wakeup every hour in the logs.

The ST814 never used to work then a fix was put in place in HA and in the logs I used to see this reported:

I no longer see these messages and suspect that may help to determine what has happened.
