core: Wemo Discovery not showing correctly in integration

Description of problem: Removed wemo: section from configuration. I was previously manually configuring wemo IP address as it was unreliable. Tried now with wemo: blank section and removing wemo: altogether.
Wemo is detected and working but the integration looks like this:
It also says no devices.

This issue has been fixed in 105.
I’m still seeing this issue (i.e., I’m not seeing WeMo devices) in 0.103.3.
Interestingly, HA knows about my WeMo devices – they show up as available entities, and I see events from them in the log. They just don’t show up as devices in the WeMo integration.
