I rolled it back to 2022.10.3 because it felt wrong. I did not had this issue in 2022.10.5 but it appeared after running the update and right after the reboot.

Which report? And what is the problem causing this message? I have internet to do the update and after that there is no internet? Is there a connectivty check from outside or inside? Perhaps it is then blocked by firewall or something?

I will run the update again to see if I can find something more
