core: Unifi device trackers unavailable in 0.108

The problem

In 0.108.3 all Unifi device trackers that aren’t home during startup are marked as unavailable. They have the restored: true attribute. Once the devices reconnect to wifi, they then correctly track home/not_home until the next restart. At that point, they again become unavailable if they are away.

Going back to 0.107.7 fixes it so all devices show up as not_home after a restart.

I think I’ve got it. I think that in your case it is the ssid filter that causes this on start up, there is one control which doesn’t take into consideration that the ssid is empty when the client is disconnected
