core: Unable to change name in new thermostat lovelace component

Component/platform: Lovelace/thermostat

Description of problem:

I use new lovelace thermostat component. As described in doc only entity property can be set.

Unable to set names inside gauges, all are named “Upstairs”.

My climate components has my custom friendly names but lovelace doesn’t use it.

The fix seems to take the name of the Entity but you are still unable to use a custom name for example:

If the name of the entity is “Family Room” and the config is as follows:

`

    type: thermostat

    entity: climate.family_room

    name: Nest 

`

The name will still be called “Family Room” not whatever name was specified.

No it is not cache. Refreshed page and still the same. I never had entity named “Upstairs”.
