core: Tuya heating device not correctly appearing in HA

The problem

I have an outside heater that is wifi enable and used via the Tuya App. The version of TUYA that was available through HACS worked perfectly and I could see the outside temperature and what temperature the heater was set too. Since the upgrade to the new integrated Tuya it now only shows up as a switch.
