core: Tibber sensors become available - not able to reload integration without a HA restart
The problem
Tibber have been very unstable lately. Sensors for the Tibber integration can suddenly become unavailable.
Earlier this could be fixed by reloading the integration. This is not possible anymore, the integration requests to restart HA without having the possibility to reload:

Even after re-start the sensors do not always show up. Tibber is working fine on the iOS app.

So something probably happened with the Tibber API at that time, but the HA integration should be able to recover. I will look into it.
Strange. Must be a case it still not handle correct. Thanks for the logs. Will look at it later.
Another try to fix this was included in 2023.1.7
@Danielhiversen I lost my data at the same time as @ChrVage “13:03:30” and it did not recover by itself, like he reports as well, …If you did not note this already.
@ashpool That is because of issues at Tibber.
