core: Netatmo Authentication Failing

I would like to point out that this issue is still not fixed. I tried out solarists suggestion, but right now, it is not working
I got it working again by removing all of connected home assistant apps from my Netatmo account. Go to my.netatmo.com, then My Account > Settings > Partner apps and delete all old entries from there. Then you can re-add the integration (but the history of the sensor data will be lost.)
