core: Nest Integration not working

The problem

Nest integration is not working. Every time when I am trying to install the integration, with a public reachable domain, a dialog shows up with the message “Aborted”. Of course i edited the configuration.yaml with the necessary credentials.

On the other side, when I am using HA with the local homeassistant.local url the integration will redirect me to google but google will not accept the local callback url.

ha-aborted

@kasperbjerby / @yayitazale - I understand that he states the doc might be wrong but I don’t follow…

I had this working with node red , generating a new link every few minutes… it was a bit slow and would result in extra cycles on the system but my nest hello works on the new API just not via this integration

I can also get a stream link, using command line, everything is setup and working Just not in my hass setup
