core: Nabucasa (url) Remote not reachable : [snitun.multiplexer.core] Ping fails, no response from peer

Home Assistant release with the issue: 99.3 Last working Home Assistant release (if known): unsure Operating environment (Hass.io/Docker/Windows/etc.): HassOS 2.12 Integration: Nabucasa Remote Control Description of problem:

Sometimes , when i am browsing in HA, cant connect to my nabucasa url anymore when i am home, i cna stil brose HA on the local LAN ip, also internet & othre sites still working its only the nabucasa url that fails

a min later when it happens, i always see then this message in the .log file

what can be the cause?
