core: MyQ Failed to Connect

The problem

Starting with 2023.10, I am unable to connect to MyQ. Previously, the integration was broken, but could authenticate.

After updating to 2023.10 I’m seeing this now
Config entry '<account>' for myq integration not ready yet: Got 429 error - stopping request until 2023-10-04 23:24:56.653753. there were 1 request; Retrying in background
Instead of 403 we’re now getting 429 which seems like maybe MyQ is now throttling based on the UA?

That error is on our end not myQ. It’s to let you know you have been rate limited and you won’t be in rate limited unless you pause request until that time - so we automatically do that for you. Wait until the time specified. It is in UTC
