core: High CPU after upgrading to 2023.7.x

The problem

My CPU has spiked to ~100% after upgrading from the June release to 2023.7.2. I am running the latest HAOS 10.3 on a RPI 3b+. Could someone help take a look at this?

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?

Nothing too out of ordinary in the logs. I did disable the Roborock integration since it is generating a ton of errors and there was no change in CPU.
