core: HA stop working correctly or is to slow (automations doesn't work, HACS, etc)

The problem

Hi. Suddenly, I noticed that HA doesn’t run automations, like telegram messages. And when I try to check it, I can’t enter on some sections through web interface and Android app

By example, “config verification” doesn’t finish:

HACS appears on a blank page, When I try to disable some integrations is very slow, but after a while I can do that.

To sum up, HA isn’t working correctly in general, but I don’t know what is the problem.

If I restart container, everything works ok, but only for a while.
