core: Fireplace with Bond does not work properly

The problem

I have set up a fireplace with Bond. It works find when I use the Bond Application. But when the integration to HA is used it does not function properly. The fireplace will not turn off.

Environment

Home Assistant Core release with the issue: Just installed so not sure
Last working Home Assistant Core release (if known): Unknown
Operating environment (OS/Container/Supervised/Core): HA on Pi4
Integration causing this issue: BOND

Bond firmware is v2.14.5

Problem-relevant `configuration.yaml`

None as this is an integration

The remote in Bond came up with toggle (for on) and off. I have tried the service light.toggle which works fine.

When I try light.turn_off it does not work in HA but I can use the off in the app and the fireplace turns off.

I did that but it did not work. Then I recorded an on and off button and now it works in Bond and HA. Very strange but it works so I am ok.

I think the only way it will work correctly in HA if you reprogram your Bond App to mimic your remote. Just delete all the buttons and record a single ‘toggle’ command from your remote.
