core: dwd_weather_warnings sensors are marked as unavailable
The problem
Since today (possibly yesterday, didn’t check that) all sensors related to dwd_weather_warnings are unavailable, possibly after update to Home Assistant Core 2023.3.6.

After restarting home assistant, the following is found in the core log:

Right. So, DWD had a hiccup and the entities went unavailable. Still, for me looks like a bug – why should the entire HA be rebooted to get working again? Ideally, it should be self-healing. Worst case act as other HA integrations, which are able to restart individually…
Should be fixed by #91040 Integration is now reloadable via UI. Please verify and close this issue
