If we can change the tag to the Alexa integration and tag the owner of the Alexa Integration that would help. I’ve not found anything wrong yet although I am wondering if the issue is that the 2200k is converted to mireds which then is converted back to 2202k - wondering if this mismatch is part of the issue.

Sure!

Ok, I know nothing about the Alexa integration, you want to continue diving into it?
