core: climate.set_temperature not working after upgrade to 0.116.0
The problem
Ever since the latest update, setting the temperature by calling climate.set_temperature for my CT-32 thermostat doesn’t work. I’m still able to click on the thermostat and select a temperature manually and it works successfully, but calling climate.set_temperature, either from the developer tools, or from my node-red flows, does nothing. No messages of any form appear in the logs, or in the logbook, and the temperature settings and mode remain as they were.

So apparently we’re ignoring the fact that this had nothing to do with the ozw integration. Because this issue still exists with the new zwave JS integration, and therefore this should not have been closed.
