core: Can't set valid paramter value for LZW31-SN Inovelli Dimmer in order to pulse
The problem
When I try to use the zwave_js.set_config_parameter service to change a parameter on my light switch to value 84871712, the server comes back with:
zwave_js_server.exceptions.InvalidNewValue: Must provide a value within the target range (Min: 0, Max: 83823359)
Values up to 100600575 should be accepted, as referenced here: https://community.inovelli.com/t/red-series-dimmer-notification-incorrect-max/4444

I haven’t heard of anything specific. It would be useful, it’s not always obvious when a re-interview is required, unless you are monitoring release notes, something most HA users should not have to do. This particular issues doesn’t affect zwavejs2mqtt, that is true, however they still have the same problem of knowing when to perform re-interviews.
