core: Cant save notifications on automations

The problem

Since i updated this morning, everytime i try to use a notify via telegram when an automation has started/ended it removes the quotation marks so it doesnt run the command. So the following message: “Text text misc text” turns into: message: >- Text text misc text or sometimes: message: ‘Text text misc text’

Thus i have stopped recieving telegram notifications.
