core: Can't connect to Synology DSM

The problem

With the current code, I am unable to connect to my Synology DSM. I was able to resolve this by commenting out https://github.com/home-assistant/core/blob/8467b91390ad7dabf69547cfabdae68a55c68cfc/homeassistant/components/synology_dsm/config_flow.py#L219. In looking through the code, I think this step is there for users who need OTP, so maybe the fix is to only make this call if otp_code is not None?

@Quentame ignore my issue, it appears to be a DNS resolution issue with my Docker container… Will have to troubleshoot that issue separately, thanks for the quick response otherwise and sorry if I wasted your time!

@Quentame Sorry, I’m French … 😂

I am Norwegian, but married to a French woman from Lyon 😂

Ran the English text through Google Translate for you 😃
