core: Cannot perform account link in Alexa app with proactive Events
The problem
About 2 days ago, devices intermittently stopped working in my Alexa custom skill integration. I figured the best thing to do was disable and then re-enable the skill. However, since I disabled the skill, I have been unable to get past the Account Linking setup. Nothing about my configuration in HA has changed, other than updating to newer versions. Below is a screenshot of the error I see in the Alexa app.
I do not see any logs popping up when this error happens, but I did include a log I noticed that might be from the Alexa intent skill I have hooked up. I have also not been able to relink this skill after disabling. Additionally, I have been able to successfully test the Lambda function using the long-lived access token - so it sort of seems like this could be an issue with auth itself, and perhaps not specifically Alexa?
