core: Broadlink integration no longer works at all

The problem

The Broadlink integration no longer works after update … no log … device doesn’t send anything using the broadlink.send service.

Environment

• Home Assistant Core release with the issue: 0.109.0
• Last working Home Assistant Core release (if known): 0.108.
• Operating environment (Home Assistant/Supervised/Docker/venv): Docker
• Integration causing this issue: Broadlink
