core: Amcrest Camera Failing to load.

Additional information

I’ve had this issue for a while now with AMCREST cameras. At one point in the past they did work. I want to say pre-0.99 releases? But I could be wrong. It was last year at some point when then failed. I think this is related to issue #30705, but Im not sure. I had submitted an issue when I first lost my cameras (#30523) back when I was running Hassbian I’ve changed to HassIO in an attempt to resolve it. I’ve not yet been able to get my amcrest cameras working.
