SOLVED: problem was related to the netatmo servers that they were not responsive. after hour all entities back online without manual intervention

Confirmed, there is something broken on their end. There is a System status link here: https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/en-us

Apparently there are issues with some parts of the Netatmo backend. This has nothing to do with the integration. You just need to be patient until Netatmo has fixed the issue.

None of that should happen without user interaction, like either a reload of the integration or after removal and re-adding (or maybe a restart of HA). I have never seen such a behaviour. This might be related to either changes in the back end (Netatmo), changes by the user in the app or web UI (renaming stuff, adding new devices, etc.) or a bug in either pyatmo or the HA integration. Unless this is somehow reproducible it is really difficult to find the root cause of this.
