core: 3rd Party Bulb (ZB-CL01 RGBW Controller) doesn't update attributes until power is toggled
The problem
3rd Party Bulb using ZB-CL01 RGBW controller setup through the Hue Bridge doesn’t change color or brightness until you turn the light off and on

Didn’t see any in the interface regarding this.
Additional information
It works perfectly when using the Amazon Alexa app (not connected to HA but directly to Hue)

Please test again once HA release 2021.12 is released, because we’ve refactored the Hue integration. If you own a V2 Hue bridge, the interfacing will now be done with Hue’s new API which solved a whole bunch of issues such as these kind of issues.
