helm: Helm search should have the option to exit with 1 if no results found

helm version: version.BuildInfo{Version:"v3.0.1", GitCommit:"7c22ef9ce89e0ebeb7125ba2ebf7d421f3e82ffa", GitTreeState:"clean", GoVersion:"go1.13.4"}

helm search repo and helm search hub should have an option to exit with 1 when nothing is found. This is useful in automation scripts. Something like --fail or --fail-if-no-results-found.

For something as small as a feature request such as the one suggested here, I do not believe a HIP is necessary.

From HIP 1:

We intend HIPs to be the primary mechanisms for proposing major new features

Small enhancements or patches often don’t need a proposal and can be injected into a project’s development workflow with a patch submission to the project’s issue tracker.

HIPs should only be used for large proposals which will take a significant amount of time to review, justify, and discuss. A feature request such as this would require a minimal amount of code and time to review.

That being said, it’s been 9 months since this feature has been requested without any new activity. @giggio generally speaking we won’t go ahead and implement features unless there’s significant demand for it. If you would like to introduce this feature to Helm, feel free to propose a PR and we can discuss the design there.

Re-opening for further discussion.

@hickeyma I am not skilled to take on the work, I would otherwise.

Not stale, and waiting for validation on #9750.
